About
Matthew has been working in Education for over 12 years. He started off working within a school setting in London specialising in ASC. Since then Matthew has worked up and down the country in different settings in SEN. His passion has always been around SEN and creating the best experience for everyone. He has a son with an EHCP which fuels his passion more to place trusting people into schools. Since his time in recruitment, he has worked his way up from Trainee to a Director and successfully built a team around him.
